Welcome to Temecula Drain Service & Plumbing. By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of the Site:

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purposes.

  • You agree to provide accurate information where required.

Service Availability: We strive to ensure our website is accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control.

Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property: All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Temecula Drain Service & Plumbing unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of California.

Service Charge: A fee of $150 will be applied to any service call that is canceled after the technician has arrived, or if a call is dispatched on a weekend or outside of normal business hours.

Service Agreement: Our company agrees to perform the requested services professionally, using industry-standard equipment. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are provided. Any consequential damages resulting from the work performed are not recoverable.

Leak Detection: Leak detection is a process that relies on available information and technology but is not an exact science. There are no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, for the accuracy of leak detection services. Should a water line reroute or re-pipe be required, it is the customer’s responsibility to have a plumber cut, cap, and verify the suspected leaking line before repairs. If the identified line is not the source of the leak, the customer should immediately contact us for further detection prior to initiating any repairs.

Risks: Customers acknowledge that some leak detection methods, including the introduction of gases into water lines using air compressors, carry inherent risks. By proceeding with these services, customers assume all risks associated with this method of detection.

Underground Utilities: Access to the necessary areas surrounding the worksite is essential for locating underground utilities. Preliminary depths and line sizes are estimates until confirmed. Not all utilities may be traceable, and the company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from undetected utilities.

New Customer Policy: For new customers, full payment is required upon the completion of services, with a preauthorized credit card. For services expected to exceed $1,000, a 35% deposit is required before the work begins.

Payments: We accept payment via check, credit card, debit card, ACH, or cash. A $10 convenience fee will apply to payments made by credit card or debit card.

Past Due Accounts: Accounts that remain unpaid will incur a monthly finance charge of 1.5%, which is an annual interest rate of 18% on the outstanding balance. Accounts sent to collections due to nonpayment will be subject to an additional charge equal to one-third of the total balance due.
